Method

  1. First we need to chop our pineapple into small cubes. Start by topping and tailing it. Stand it up on the flat base where you've just chopped the bottom off. Now its stable you're able to use your knife to chop down the sides and remove them.

    You can then chop down to create slices until you reach the core and then dice them up into small cubes and add them into a big bowl.

  2. Chop your red onion and add it to the bowl. 

  3. Add chopped coriander and the juice of a lime and mix.
